On the Brightside . . .For some time now senior citizens respite centre, Brightside on Victoria, has been without a BBQ facility or a decent size television.
With the help of Toowoomba Business Builders, senior citizens that attend the respite centre on a daily basis can now enjoy the odd snag while watching their favourite movie on the BIG screen! President of the Toowoomba Business Builders Tony Venables was pleased to present these two items and accept a Certificate of Appreciation from the staff of Brightside on behalf of Toowoomba Business Builders. |

Another 19 Minutes for RACQ Careflight !That's how much flight time $1,600.00 buys for the Toowoomba RACQ Care Flight Helicopter. Members of the Toowoomba Business Builders Club presented the $1,600 cheque at the Toowoomba based Hangar on Wednesday 27th August. This brings the clubs total Care Flight donation to $3,100.00
Business Builders Club President Marnie Mogg said that the club was pleased to be able to continue supporting this very important service, you never know when that 19 minutes will be needed. |
